Will the installer change my existing Python setup?
No. FCAEntry includes its own application runtime. Installation does not replace other Python installations.
What if a spreadsheet row has no picture?
Choose “When supplied” to skip uploads for blank picture cells and continue with field updates and a separate no-image note. Choose “None” to skip all images. A named image that is missing, unreadable or ambiguous remains blocked.
Does every PC need calibration?
Yes. Calibrate the supported workflow to the actual CAMA window and display settings on each PC. Verify a live pilot before running a batch, including after material profile or layout changes.
Can FCAEntry upload documents or enter sales?
Those workflows require separate implementation, calibration and live acceptance testing. They are not validated capabilities in the current pilot.
Can someone use the computer while it runs?
The desktop workflow uses foreground controls. Keep the workstation available and avoid other mouse or keyboard activity while live automation is running.
What happens when a license expires?
New live automation is blocked. Existing logs, previews and exports remain available. Renewal is arranged with the owner.
Where can I download the software?
Public downloads and online checkout are not available yet. The current release is a supervised pilot, distributed directly for testing.
